Robert Valento

Robert Valenta comes to Houston from Bellevue, Nebraska where he received a BFA in Theatre and a minor in Dance from Creighton University.  He began his training at Creighton and the Omaha Academy of Ballet under the direction of Valerie Roche (A.I.S.T.D., A.R.A.D.).  Robert has performed in numerous productions in Omaha, including Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Sleeping Beauty, The Secret Garden, and Footloose.  He has also appeared in productions with Opera Omaha, Houston Grand Opera, and the 2002-2003 season of the Sandra Organ Dance Company, as well as music videos for Mulberry Lane and Mannheim Steamroller.  This Christmas, he will be performing in the East Coast tour production of A Christmas Carol through the Nebraska Theatre Caravan.
