Jonathan Gutierrez

Jonathan Gutierrez began his dance training at the University of St. Thomas as a suggestion by his friend. He quickly immersed himself in all the ballet classes he could take. He soon enrolled in a dance program at San Jacinto College where he was given the opportunities to perform in his first shows. Hungry for more opportunities he began taking classes with Sandra Organ and other wonderful teachers at Houston Ballet. He has performed with the Columbian Folkloric Ballet at the Miller Outdoor, danced the Prince in both The Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty with the Festival Ballet of Houston, and has toured with Dancepatheatre to Natchitoches, Louisiana as a special performer at the Dance exchange program at Northwestern University.
